# 24. KHẲNG ĐỊNH VÀ ĐẢM BẢO CỦA NGƯỜI SỬ DỤNG

Người Sử Dụng khẳng định và đảm bảo rằng:

(a)        Người Sử Dụng sở hữu năng lực, (và đối với trường hợp vị thành niên, có sự đồng ý hợp lệ từ cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ hợp pháp), quyền và khả năng hợp pháp để giao kết các Điều Khoản Dịch Vụ này và để tuân thủ các điều khoản theo đó; và

(b)        Người Sử Dụng chỉ sử dụng Dịch Vụ cho các mục đích hợp pháp và theo quy định của các Điều Khoản Dịch Vụ này cũng như tất cả các luật, quy tắc, quy chuẩn, chỉ thị, hướng dẫn, chính sách và quy định áp dụng.
