# 18. PHẢN HỒI

18.1     Archidzz luôn đón nhận những thông tin và phản hồi từ phía Người Sử Dụng nhằm giúp Archidzz cải thiện chất lượng Dịch Vụ. Vui lòng xem thêm quy trình phản hồi của Archidzz dưới đây:

(ii)        Phản hồi cần được thực hiện bằng văn bản qua email hoặc sử dụng mẫu phản hồi có sẵn trên ứng dụng.

(iii)       Tất cả các phản hồi ẩn danh đều không được chấp nhận.

(iv)       Người Sử Dụng liên quan đến phản hồi sẽ được thông báo đầy đủ và được tạo cơ hội cải thiện tình hình.

(v)        Những phản hồi không rõ ràng và mang tính phỉ báng sẽ không được chấp nhận
